License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Prism Designs hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and royalty-free right and license to access, download, reproduce, display, and distribute Media Bank Materials solely for the purpose of advertising and promoting Prism Designs merchandise in the United States through print and electronic media.

Rules: You must use a prominent, legible photo credit referencing Prism Designs and the Photographer in the following manner: "Photo: Photographer Name" or “Photo: Prism Designs”

You may not use Media Bank Materials to promote a non-Prism Designs product. Media Bank Materials may not in be used in connection with any third party merchandise, goods, products or other materials.

You may not modify Media Bank Materials. Media Bank Materials may not be modified or changed, including without limitation altering font or point type, morphing or combining Media Bank Materials with other images, and re-coloring. Product Images may be reduced or enlarged but must be maintained in their original cropping and orientation (vertical or horizontal) to the fullest extent possible.
